We value your satisfaction. Below is our clear and fair cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and trust.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before dispatch — whichever occurs first.
  • To cancel your order, please call or WhatsApp us at 9737832929.
  • Orders already shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
    • Damaged or defective product received
    • Expired products delivered
    • Wrong item sent
    • Cancelled prepaid orders (within cancellation window)
  • Requests for refund must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team via phone or email with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Return pickups are scheduled based on your location and courier availability.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via UPI/Bank Transfer (for COD returns).

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable items (like pet food with short shelf life) once opened
  • Items without original packaging or invoice
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products returned beyond the 24-hour return window
