1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before dispatch — whichever occurs first.

- Orders already shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Expired products delivered
- Wrong item sent
- Cancelled prepaid orders (within cancellation window)
- Requests for refund must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our support team via phone or email with:

- Issue details
- Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Return pickups are scheduled based on your location and courier availability.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
4. Refund Timeline
- Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via UPI/Bank Transfer (for COD returns).
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable items (like pet food with short shelf life) once opened
- Items without original packaging or invoice
- Customized or special-order products
- Products returned beyond the 24-hour return window
